I've been wanting to start a blog for awhile now mostly to force me to slow down and record those memorable moments. Today is my 31st birthday and I got a new camera (thanks mom and dad) so what better day to start. My sister said, "Wow, 31, that's getting close to 40." To me forty still seems far, far away but now that I think about it 31 is closer to 40 than it is to 20. Each year gets better, life gets fuller, and hopefully I get a little wiser.
